Application Error Message

I am using XP Professional 2000 and have one administrator
account and three user accounts setup. I have updated and
run the latest virus scan. Starting this weekend,
everytime a user logs into their account they receive this
error message 'CtHelper MFC Application has encountered a
problem and needs to close'. Can anyone tell me what this
means and what I need to do?

CTHelper belongs to Creative - vendors for various products, most notably
sound cards (Soundblaster, Audigy, etc.). May want to check with their
technical support about this problem.
