Application and Run Time Error 216

When exiting Internet Explorer 6. I get an Application
Error. The error is: The instruction at "0 x 01c72d2c"
referenced memory at "0 x 01d5241" The memory could not
be read. When I click on OK I get a Runtime Error 216 at
0002d2c. I click OK and the explorer closes. I do not
have any problems while on the browser only when cllosing
it down. The error appears to be intermittent.

Does anybody know what is wrong and how to fix it.
 
In some of my applications I've gotten this as well.
I think that it happens because you are trying to use a
script in a page that has closed.
Not entirely sure through.
