Append Voting Results to a Moved E-mail

One real frustration I have is that in trying to remain organized with all of
my e-mails that I'm following up, any time that I move an e-mail out of my
"Sent" items into a Personal Folder, it will no longer track the results from
an e-mail that had voting buttons - and if I try to move it back to Sent
Items, it still doesn't fix the issue.

Is there any way to append those results from a received E-mail after the
fact, or am I just out of luck?

If so, then this would be a great enhancement request.
