Can anyone just give me the equipment needed and a quick
guide to setting up a network with AOL? I want to set up
a wired ethernet network

You need Ethernet cards in each computer and a hub or switch to set up a
LAN.

some possible help.

AOL isn't relevant for your local network - unless you mean you want to
share your AOL connection to other computers on your LAN. I'm not sure how
you can do that, if at all.
