AOL setup

Does anyone know any reason why AOL setup might fail
after approx 72% of the installation?? I am asking AOL
but so far no luck. The setup gets to a stage where the
programs are there (and work) but it has not upgraded
from previous versions although it does know about them.

I had that problem.. finally had to uninstall the old AOL to install the new.
