AOL properties

I cant seem to access my aol properties .I go to internet
connections highlight the aol dial on demand right click
on icon and click on properties but nothing happens ,the
same if i click on the change the settings of this
connections tab anyone know why .

You have an AOL issue, not a Windows XP "Hardware" issue.
Give AOL customer support a call for assistance.

This is by design.

AOL purposefully disables the ability to make changes to its
connection.
