AOL Address Book to Outlook

Outlook 2003
Just configured AOL mail and GVTC mail to be forwarded to MS Outlook 2003.
This is great because now I do not have to open each internet account; I can
see ALL emails in one place!

Question is: How might I get my contacts from AOL to my Outlook 2003
without re-entering each contact?
