You mean like for language? You want a more capable newsreader than
Outlook Express. My newsreader, for instance, allows me to set scores,
create filters, and do all sorts of things. I'm sure there are Windows
newsreaders that are similar. Forte's Agent has been around for a long
time. Gravity is a good newsreader and I believe someone is now
maintaining it. Google for "newsreader" and download some to try.

Somebody ought to create an add on like OE Tool and OE Quote Fix that will
allow the text of the posts to be filtered for certain words. That way, the
posts can be marked for download later and when the reader starts the
download the posts can be filtered at that time for certain words or phrases
within the post.
