Anyone, please help

I use to be able to get on secured websites, I can't
anymore. I've been on the phone with dell and aol for
hours, no help. Does anyone know how to fix this problem
so I don't have to pay $35 through microsoft???? I would
greatly appreciate any help!

Posting the full error message you get and your web browser version would be
helpful. For best results, post them to a newsgroup for your version of
your IE browser, instead of here. Searching www.google.com and
www.google.com/advanced_group_search for your full error message might give
you the answer as well.
