Anyone know a command to delete a folder?

I'm looking for a command to delete a folder such as:

KILL S:\ENGQA\ACSvceng\Turnover\Data

When I tried this the KILL command was looking for a file, and
returned a "file not found" error.

Does anyone know a command to delete a folder?

Did you include the file name extension? example "Data.txt"?
