Anyone else have problems since latest updates?

Well I have decided that the reason for my problems is the latest round of updates. Not sure if thats true or not, but i can't figure anything else out. I mean i formatted my whole computer and reinstalled windows and reupdated, and the same problem continues. My biggest problem right now is that i can't access .NET passport (login.passport.com). But other problems include not being able to load microsoft webpages every so often, its really touchy about when its going to let me load them. I'm still looking for any suggestions, especially about .NET passport. Microsoft doesn't have much help on that subject.

try ininstalling kb835732
or any of the last 6 critical updates.
bugs abound in the windows update.
and still no patch for kb835732 just run a firewall for
protection like zonelabs.com free zonealarm.
