Anylize server logs

Is there a easy (and free, preferably way to get nice graphs showing how
many visitors were at my site, where they came from, etc?

I don't know about free but I've recently been using a tool (that's way more
advanced than I need) called deep metrix from www.deepmetrix.com it was
provided by my hosting company but they've got a version you can install
yourself for about $50.
also I've seen http://www.sitetracker.com/ but haven't used it.
