anybody knows proxy email provider website?

i like to know a free email reader provider, i mean, i just type my email
address and password, then this website will provide all mail facilities
(Inbox, send, etc. )
what i m expecting is to get different email access from one website, not to
login different sites nor use outlook.
anybody has any knowledge of that?
