Is there any way to export the names and e-mail addresses from the
Contacts folder? I can't seem to find one.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,

From Windows Mail, click File/Export/Windows Contacts, save as a .csv
file. This common format can usually be imported into many other email
programs.
The problem is -- if I try and run Vista Mail, my computer freezes and I
have to reboot, so I'm giving up on Vista Mail and will be using
Thunderbird; therefore I want to export from my Contacts folder to
Thunderbird -- not from Vista Mail. I think I'm screwed, once again by
Vista.

Pegasus Mail is superior to T-Bird.

You may want to give it a shot.

Open your contacts folder, no need to open Windows Mail.

There should be an 'Export' button on the toolbar. If there isn't,
right-click in the background of the folder, select 'Customize' & then
select the Contacts template from the drop list.
