Any installation log files available post install in XP Pro/Home

Hi

Are there any installation log files available post install in XP Pro/Home? I am looking for ways to tell when the XP Pro operating system was installed as an upgrade from XP Home

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type in: HEALTH , and hit enter.
Click on "Get information about your computer.
Then click on "View the status of my system hardware and software"
and look under "System Software - Date Created".

In addition to Carey's suggestion, XP setup still creates the traditional
setuplog.txt file in the Windows folder.
