I find Cryptext to be real handy. http://www.tip.net.au/~njpayne/
It will encrypt whole directories/folders, a few files, or just one file. It's
quick, and easy to use because it adds itself to the right-click menu. Quite
robust crypto algorithm too. Use a password that is longer than 15 characters
and the security is enhanced (this is generally true for any crypto system).
