any freeware to add Browser URLs with a Keyboard press??

hi all,

Is there any freeware to grab the current browser's URL by pressing a key
stroke
and enable me to add some description and be able to launch the URL if i
need it
later?

Use browser bookmarks:

In internet explorer
Favorites
Add to Favorites...
Write description
press OK

When using the URL agin,
Favorites
Click the desired bookmark
