Hello, I can manage very easily with MP3 database to keep a
catalog/database of my mp3s.
Any ideas on doing this with my CD Audiofiles?
Or, am I missing something with mp3 database?
Thanks for any help/advice.

Hi,
Any ideas on doing this with my CD Audiofiles?

Yes, I have the idea, but the product is not free (see my signature).
However, you will be able to manage your mp3's, audio CDs and other
files in one place... And it still has free trial. :)

For a slightly different approach take a look at
http://www.musicmatch.com/download/free/index.cgi?OS=pc&MODE=input Typical
music libraries take 3-10 gig and it's great for cutting custom CDs from
your collection for your car. I keep my main online library at 4.7 gig so I
can backup to DVD. I have a secondary library in a second folder for
temporary songs. There is no better online track-by-track CD Index out there
because of all of us using MusicMatch and updating its track-by-track index.
When I delete a number of temporary songs, I delete and reload my entire
index which takes about one minute per 2000 songs. I use "genre" to classify
all my songs for the auto-dj feature.
