AntiVirus: Panda or Pc-cillin?

T

Tom

I am probably likely to start a LONG thread, but here goes: What are your
opinions on the antivirus programs Panda AntiVirus and Trend Micro's
Pc-cillin? Which is a better product? And NO, I am -not- considering
Norton - I have run Norton for many, many years (currently using the 2003
version), but since they have added stupid product activation in the 2004
version, I refuse to use any of their products ever again. Therefore, I am
not going to be going to Norton AV 2004, but am considering one of the two
products above for protecting my Windows system.

Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions? Opinions? etc? (Note: I also posted this in
the XP forum)

Gee Tom, I've never tried either of those so I can't help you choose
between them. If you hadn't made up your mind already that those are the
candidates worth discussing, I'd tell you about the really excellent
product I use.

Oh, what the heck. I'll tell you anyway. Take a look at F-Secure.

I haven't tried Panda, but I do have PC-Cillin at home. It
work great!!! They have timely updates. I don't have any
complaints.
