hey guys from oz got hijacked from antivirus gold (expletivessss} can you help me get rid of this crap have run most of the cleaners to get rid but my background saver is still hijacked just a new computer user so be paticenent with me kill antivirus gold

If you are using XP, then the first thing to try is do a system restore to a time before the problem arose.

You do this by clicking Start>Help and Support>Pick a Task>Undo changes to your Computer with System Restore>Restore my Computer to an earlier time>Next - then pick a date just before the problem arose.

If that doesnt cure it have a look at this link HERE and follow the instructions.
