antispyware program keeps popping up

about every 3 seconds, a Microsoft spyware alert pops up.
It says the same thing everytime. An internet security
zone change requires approval. I cant seem to get it to
stop. I click on block each time. I dont know what
program the warning keeps coming from. I do scans about
twice a week. anyone have some advice?

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save then Open it and select the SCAN AND SAVE LOG option.

Note where you save the log and then send it to me. I
will be glad to look at your log
and tell you what to do to get rid of it for good.
