Maureen Darling

I recently reinstalled a new windows xp on my computer.
Afew weeks ago I paid 44.95 for a Norton Anti-virus. Did
I lose that when I reinsatalled. I surely do not want to
fork over another 44.95. Please advise. Thanks a heap.

Hi Maureen,

If NAV is not installed on your computer with the newly
installed Windows operating system, you can install that
Norton's Antivirus Software again using the same source
of media that you originally used be it CD or download. :-)

Jimmy's advice is good, but you need to contact Symantec. It is their
product and how they enforce their profit-making is up to them. Hopefully,
you still have records of the product ID number or your registration tucked
away somewhere as proof.
