Anti-Spyware wont startup

No matter how many times I re-install microsoft anti-
spyware come with Error 101. This program used to work
just fine.

What account type are you doing the reinstall under, limited or
Administrator account? Beta release of Microsoft AntiSpyware does not
support limited user accounts.

Uninstall, delete the installation folder and all subfolders, and reinstall.
If you are unable to uninstall, because of error messages, use the Windows
Installer cleanup tool to remove the installer information for Microsoft
Antispyware, shut down the program, and delete the installation folder.

You will lose access to quarantined items, and all customized settings will
need to be reestablished.
