Error 101

I received a critical error 101 and it gave me a support
to email (Giant) for an immediate response. They said
they do not support Beta and I should come to this
website. Help! It won't let me load the Beta Anti-Spyware
program. I just keep getting this message of critical
error 101. What do I do?

Nancy,

Can you try the following steps and reply back if it takes care of the
problem?

Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.
Retry Windows AntiSpyware


If that does not work, remove the Windows AntiSpyware and re-install.

Please let me know if either of those steps work (or not).
