Another Windows Mail Question

When posting a new message, each time a window pops up asking to sign in to
Microsoft Communities. I don't want to do so and I have to click Cancel
each time. Is there a way to disable this annoying pop up? I checked
tools, options and didn't see anything relating to it unless I overlooked it
and someone can point me in the right direction.

Tools, Options, on the General tab uncheck "Use newsgroup message rating features".
