Another Pivot Table --Deactivated

Hi..

I want to create a pivot table but THe option for
anohter "Pivot Table Report or PivotChart Report" is
deactivated!

WHat could be the reason??

That option creates a PivotTable from another PivotTable in the same
workbook. Does the workbook currently contain a PivotTable?
