annoyng pop up window

How I can rid of this pop up window, that comes up after I open OE, I explain
it: I just deleted "Curb Spam blocker" (trial time was up), I deleted it from
Add and Remove Programs, from my documents,and recycle bin. I have to mark a
box on a pop up window from Curb to use my OE., how I can make this window
disappear.
Could you please help?

I tried 2 of those anti-spy but it did'nt help, could tell me how to removed
it from the registry?I think it is the only way.

Hi

The best way is to eradicate the nasty via a 3rd party program. Manually
deleting all entries in the Registry will be time consuming and is
troublesome at the best of times!!

Curb installed a little ad ware on your machine and will not allow you
to uninstall it (sneaky, aren't they). Download Spybot or ad-aware and
remove it by force...
