Annoying Spyware Alert message & Icon in Sys tray - from Microsoft

I get this annoyance now and don't know how to get rid of it.
It's apparently from Microsoft, and is purely annoying.

How can I remove the Icon or other from my PC?

Do you have Microsoft Anti-Spyware beta on your computer? To remove it, use
the add/remove programs option in the control panel.
