Annoying Image!

i recently accedently clicked on an image saved on my
computer and now it is displayed on full screen for about
one second before the correct screensaver start. Also i
think it may appear as windows is starting up. Any Ideas?

Sounds like a windows background that was applied to the default user
profile in W2K and appears briefly before the current user settings are
applied. Log in as the administrator and see if it comes up there. Also try
and create a new user on that workstation and log in and see if it is
applied as the background for new users. If so, then it is buried in the
registry/profiles somewhere.
