Annoying explicit links

M

m dunbar

Whenever I start up explorer another page opens up to
other sites with undesirable content. Also, some of the
links on well known pages such as Yahoo and Ebay are
replaced with explicit pictures and links to other sites.

Sometimes after a while explorer just shuts itself down.

All of this started after browsing on ebay.

I have up to date anti-virus and firewall software which
was running at the time and despite clearing out my
cookies and online/offline temporary files this problem
keeps returning.

I have repeatedly checked all of my computer for viruses
and now do not know what else to do. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
