I can not install Ebay Toolbar.

I have WinXP Home SP2 and IE 6 sp2 I can not install Ebay Toolbar. I have
tried turning off Pop Up. IE window at bottom shows the ebay site under
Local Intranet and no other info. No cookies or anything. Ebays site says
We're sorry, eBay Toolbar encountered problems and was not successfully
installed". I have tried clicking their link with my Ctrol button pressed.

Are there any other options?

Thank you. I took a look. I will stick with " NO Thanks" What a bummer.
So if I may ask, what about the Smiles? Are they bad? Smile Central?
