AnimationShop3.Animation

I'm not even sure I'm posting this is the right group. I got an email with an
"AnimationShop3.Animation" attachment. When I tried to open it I received the
error message: "This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control
panel." Can someone tell me, step by step, how I would do this. Thanks.
