Why won't PowerPoint let me animate a certain slide? I'm able to animate most
of my slides, but on one slide, if I click "appear," the selection doesn't
stay there, but returns to "No Animation," thus preventing me from animating
the slide.
 
What is the difference between that slide and the other ones? Which object
do you want to appear? If it is a group, never ungroup after you have
applied animation, that will delete the the animation.
