Animation will not play

I have a problem in that when I go here
http://www.west-cheshire.ac.uk/weather/ukanimation.asp I do not see the
animated image (yet I did on my grandson's computer). I presume I don't have
some setting selected in my Internet Explorer, so could anyone by chance help
me on this problem.

I do have checked 'Play animations' and 'play videos' in the Tools -
Advanced tab.

..MOV file - which means you need the QuickTime Player and it's Plugin
installed.
