On that note, do you think Google will call it Oreo? Or go with something different? I kind of hope they do as its the obvious choice.

It's got to be Oreo, surely. Can't really think of any other options... Oatmeal? Orange? They don't really fit with the theme.

Talking of Oreos, ever tried Oreo Truffles? It's just Oreos whizzed to crumbs in a blender, mixed with cream cheese, rolled into balls, coated in chocolate. YUM!

I'm sure their lawyers will already be in contact with Mondelēz International lawyers to see what the copyright / trademark status is and if they will have to pay royalties.

Maybe, but Nestle were happy for 4.4 to be called KitKat.
