I have a comment next to some text. If I edit the page and the text moves,
the comment is no longer where it should be. Is there a way to "link" a
comment so it moves with the text?

Sorry Bill, no.

The comments are 'anchored' to their place on the slide. They can be moved
by clicking on them and dragging them where you want, but they don't follow
shapes or text.

When I wrote a function into an add-in to do something like this (long
story), I found it too much of a CPU hit and the whole program bogged down.
