an unknown startup program requires approval

My antivirus program (Sophos AV)reinstalls a small
application in the startup folder each time it updates
itself, which can be many times a day. Each time, I get a
popup Micorosoft Antispyware Alert with the subject above
as a message. The choices e "allow" or "blocK" with the
option to "remember this action". It does not remember the
action ever. Not even once. Appears to be a bug, at least
by the definition that it bugs me.
Is an alternate way to force it to remember?

I've seen this one posted before--definitely a problem, thanks for posting
it. I don't know of a workaround. You could perhaps disable the checkpoint
involved, but this is one you'd really really want to have working, I think.
