An unexpected error has occurred... Excel 2003

Hi,
I have a problem with the function hyperlink in Excel (Office 2003). I use
this fuction and when I open the link, it returns this error: "An unexpected
error has occurred". The only feature that I have installed is the MBN
Standard.
Why I have this problem? Can I use some other functionality to resolve my
problem ? because I need to put an hyperlink in one template of excel where I
have some features of mbn.

I hope you can help me, its critical to my solution.Thanks.
