Could somebody please explain to me why I have to disable Nortons Internet Security to access the web, this follows on from a C: drive format and re-installation of the contents of the drive.

connection. Configure the firewall to give your browser,
i.e Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc., access and you
will not have to keep shutting it down.
