An client was married, the envelope prints "Bob & Jane Smith Jones"
Smith was a single name, that has been changed in Outlook to Jones. I have
looked everywhere I cannot find where that past name is stored.

Also, in Outlook I entered them as Bob & Jane Jones The envelop prints
Bob & Jane and Jane Jones. I would appreciate any suggestion as to what I
am doing worng.

Thanks for your assistance

Hard to say what you are doing wrong when we have no idea what you are
doing. Outlook version, Word version, method used to create the envelope,
method used to select the Contact and how your Outlook Address Book is
configured are a good place to start. How many Contact Folders do you have?
How did you update your Contact information?

And in addition to what Russ has asked already, what data have you put in
which Contact fields? Where is the "Bob & Jane", for example?
