Printing an email- how to get the email addresses to show

I have a client who uses Outlook 2003 with SP1 for his email. He tends to
print out hard copies of a lot of his emails, and he wants the actual email
addresses to show in the To: and From: fields. Randomly they do, but most of
the time it just shows a proper name, like Bob Smith. He would like it to
show either Bob Smith <[email protected]> or just <[email protected]>. Does
anyone know how to do this, or if it is even possible? Thanks in advance.

Have you considered using a third party addin?

Savvisoft has released 'Blueprint for Outlook' which overcomes many typical printing issues, such as printing page selection, and allowing customized layouts.

In addition, it can also be configured to ensure recipient information includes the email address:

"[display name]" <[email address]>
E.g. "Blueprint Support" <mailto:[email protected]>

This is supported by using the following properties in the template: ToFull, CcFull, BccFull, FromFull, ReceivedByFull

If you like the sound of it, you can visit http://www.savvisoft.com for more information and a free 30-day download.

Kind Regards

Hayden Saveal.
