I am using Outlook 2003 with the most current updates. I have all Outlook
settings set to use "Plain text" whenever such an option is available.
What I want is for all of my replies/forwards to default to Plain Text
format, so that I do not have to select Format | Plain text every time.
Currently, this works for plain text messages only, but when replying to an
HTML formatted message, Outlook is defaulting to an HTML reply. Now, I know
there is the whole netiquette issue, but all email clients support plain
text, so even if they sent in HTML I am not forcing them to display a format
they may not be able to read.
So, how can I force this behavoir? It's really annoying. Thanks.
