always in safe mode

When I on the pc, it will always goes to the 'safe-mode' menu where there are
5 choice. Whatever choice I choose, it will goes back to SM

However, when I start by hitting F8 to go to the 'safe mode' menu, there are
actually 10 choices, the last choice been 'Return to OS choice Menu'.
However, whatever choixe I choose, again it wll goes back to the SM (with
only 5 choices as in earlier case of boot up)

Any idea how I can get out of this problem.

ols advice if I change the mobo,whay should I do after that, thanks

If you change the board out you will need to do an inplace repair, unless the
mobo is the identical board. Trust me with 20 years of expirience with MS,
it will be better to reformat.
