always defaults to offline

Suddenly when I start computer, after booting up I get
message that I'm currently working offline and do I want
to go online. This is with IE still closed. The work
offline option is always turn on by default when I start
IE. Same with Outlook Express. Sometimes browser won't
even open. Tried troubleshooting sites but can't find my
problem. Help definately appreciated.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
