ALT-TAB Question

Hello,

I have a lot of windows open that have identical titles. When I
ALT-TAB, I get the box showing the list of windows on my desktop, and
their titles. Since I have a lot of windows with the same title, I
never know which one to chose (and almost always choose the wrong
one!). Is there a way to get Windows to bring an application to the
foreground, while you alt-tab, and then put it back in the correct
place if you alt-tab past it?

Try ALT + SHIFT + TAB to reverse the order, if you over shoot the window you
want to view..
