Alt+Ctrl+Del doesn't brings Task Manager

When I try to lock my windows screen with Alt+ctrl+Del for
some reason Windows Task Manager comes up instead of the
Dialog box to lock my screen. Appreciate any help.

Hi Reddy
This is what is supposed to happen when your using the new Windows XP
Welcome Screen to logon, to lock your desktop you can press the Windows Key
and L together. If you want to switch back to how it worked with Windows NT
4 and 2000 open the control panel, (switch to classic view) and double click
on user accounts. Click, Change the way users log on or off, then uncheck
use fast user switching and use the welcome screen. Then apply the setting.
