Also need help showing Shared contacts folder in my Address Book

We use Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have gone through all of the
steps listed on the page listed below to the letter.
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/oloabpf.htm#displayother

When I right-click on the other users mailbox folder in my folder list, I do
not get the properties selection to even check to see if the folder is setup
to be listed as an Address Book. In the other user's profile on thier PC the
Contacts folder is set to be and address book. I can get to the folder in
every other way, but cannot get it to list in the Address Book.-
We have tried Publishing Editor rights and Owner rights under the other
user's delegates, the mailbox properties and the Contacts folder properties.
Any other suggestions?

Sounds like you missed a step or two. You must have the Outlook Address Book installed in the current mail profile. Check in Tools | E-mail Accounts before proceeding further.

Did you read the article that S Thomas referred to and follow *all* of its steps?
