I need to have my quotations in a folder in alphabetical
order.

Can anyone help me qchieve this.

Hi Ian

I think we'll need more clues before we can help here. Are "quotations"
individual pieces of text (like a set of famous sayings), or whole documents
(maybe like an estimate of costs for jobs)? What version of Word do you
have? What do you see now? And what do you want to see?
