"Allowed Items" under "Tools" not Updating Properly!

Every AM when I boot up, I get a Windows Defender warning about "potentially
unwanted behavior regarding the Task Schedular (C:\Windows\tasks\MP
Scheduled Scan.job.

Each AM I "allow" it, its Status then is listed as "Succeeded", but it never
populates
the "Allowed Items" area under Tools, and then recurs at next bootup.

Any ideas if this is a bug, or if there is a manual way to enter paths or
files in the "Allowed Items" Area?

Anyone else not having "Allowed" Issues updating the "Allowed Items" area
under "Tools"?

Thanks,

Yes. It seems those "allowed" items from Defender's warnings only go into the
tools>history section. Apparently the "Allowed" section only gets items
allowed during Defender scans. Also, I have not found a way to "always allow"
under the circumstances you are describing. That only seems to happen if the
Spynet rating for the software changes to allow. I had that problem with the
task scheduler for mcAfee virusscan until the task scheduler was finally
changed to an "allowed" software. PITA!
