All zip files downloaded or not show corrupted.

Hello,
Hopefully someone can help. I just did a fresh format
and reinstall of everything. xp etc, however all my zips
will not open. The all say The compressed (zip) folder is
corrupt or invalid. I tried the fix microsoft has posted
Q308090 but it was all set the right way. Any
suggestions ?

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 zipfldr.dll
